Cleo recently completed a survey to determine the impact of COVID-19 on Cleo Members. The results highlighted that many working parents are struggling, with 1 in 3 families reporting that one parent has moved to part-time or dropped out of the workforce due to the stressors of COVID-19 and the need to manage childcare.

Many companies are actively exploring ways to support and retain their employees during this time. Parents and those with caregiving responsibilities are at high-risk. The best way to know the right course of action is to understand the specific challenges your parent community is dealing with. Understanding these challenges can inform actionable and targeted solutions. We have prepared sample questions to help employers who are looking to understand the impact of COVID-19, remote work, and more among their employee population, and particularly among employees who are parents. These are just a sample group of questions and please adjust to ensure the questions are authentic and relevant for your organization.
