Tsion Lencho

Tsion Lencho is Cleo’s Co-CEO where she oversees the sales and growth, finance and accounting, compliance, operations, and human resources departments. She previously served as Cleo’s Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance. A graduate of Stanford Law School and Stanford University, Ms. Lencho has built a career advising and building management teams at venture-backed startups, with a recent focus on highly regulated businesses. A firm believer in mentoring the next generation of business-minded attorneys and future executives, Ms. Lencho has been a featured lecturer and speaker at Stanford Law School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Boalt Hall. Prior to law school, Ms. Lencho worked in research and policy for a Washington, D.C.-based arts advocacy organization helping demonstrate the economic impact of local arts agencies and the creative industries throughout the United States.
