Kerri Costa

As Senior Vice President, Commercial and Growth at Cleo, Kerri leads our Sales, Customer Success, Commercial Operations and Growth Teams. Kerri is responsible for Cleo’s growth strategy, driving customer acquisition and satisfaction and ultimately driving revenue acceleration and retention.

Kerri joined Cleo with an extensive background in employer and health plan sales, customer success and channel partnerships. Her prior roles include Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Growth Officer and SVP, Sales and Client Success for industry leading digital health companies. Kerri has driven an impressive track record of achieving growth and corporate objectives for companies like Catapult Health, Ovia Health & Virgin Pulse.

Kerri began her career as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac and emergency care. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and master’s degree in Health Services Administration.

Kerri lives with her husband and daughter in beautiful Rhode Island.
