Andy Kumar is Cleo’s Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), leading Cleo’s R&D, IT, and Security teams.
Andy has over 18 years of experience building and launching innovative healthcare technology solutions. Prior to joining Cleo, he was SVP of Product & Strategy at Vatica Health, where he led value-based care solutions that delivered significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Previously, Andy served as Vice President of Product and Strategy at EXL and Datavant, expanding digital health product portfolios, securing investment for new solutions, and driving strategic M&A.
Andy is adept at aligning corporate strategy with board and investor expectations, securing funding for innovation, and leading cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion. He is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to revolutionize healthcare operations and unlock new revenue streams.
Andy holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Arizona.
