More often than not, parenting and caregiving is a team effort.
That’s why Cleo is committed to making it easier than ever to keep caregivers connected with their support networks. One of the easiest ways to do that is through group messaging.
Group messaging now allows Cleo members to streamline communication with their loved ones and Cleo experts. There’s no burden from having to relay information — our members can start a group message anytime with any Cleo experts and their added partner, in order to combine efforts and stay up-to-date with one another.
For example, if a Cleo member and her partner are both helping to care for an elderly mother, they can start a chat with one of our Caregiving Specialists, and ask questions to discuss how they should plan for the future.
Group messaging is also ideal if, say, a Cleo member and a step-parent wanted to communicate together about their 14-year-old and chat with a Parenting Coach about their concerns for their teenager’s mental health.
No one should have to navigate caregiving all alone.
On top of group messaging, we’re continuing to build more group classes, coaching sessions, and opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect with their fellow members on a similar journey. These sessions allow our Cleo experts to provide a space for members to learn about topics important to them and receive support through shared experiences.
We’ve seen firsthand the impact of a strong support network for parents and caregivers through our Family Health Index — it drives real results.
Cleo remains dedicated to creating experiences and features that ensure our members always feel supported and never alone.
