Our mission at Cleo is to support working families through every phase of the parenting journey. With our newly announced addition to the WIN Family Services program—a comprehensive and inclusive family-building advocacy and support program for employers—WIN clients will now have access to family support that extends from preconception to return to work and even into the teen years. Likewise, Cleo customers will have the opportunity to access WIN’s services including support for fertility management, adoption, surrogacy, and egg freezing.

However one may embark on their parenting journey—via assisted reproductive technology, adoption, surrogacy, or egg freezing—this partnership helps ensure they get off on the right foot.
Cleo complements your other benefits
Rather than compete with fertility benefits, Cleo complements them. As a part of our onboarding process, the Cleo team completes a benefits assessment in order to account for and integrate all of a client’s family-related benefits, including WIN Family Services. Cleo Guides are then trained and equipped to connect members to available services accordingly. If, for example, a member expresses interest in egg freezing, their Cleo Guide can provide them with educational content, coaching, and a warm hand-off to WIN’s Customer Service team.
Partnership extends benefits offerings
Our partnership with WIN further extends our capacity to simplify the benefits procurement process for employers. The addition of WIN builds on similar partnerships in categories such as child care and breast milk shipping, and we will continue to prioritize partnerships that enhance Cleo’s core offerings.
