Amruta Moktali serves as Cleo's first Chief Product Officer. Prior to Cleo, Amruta was VP of Product Management for Einstein Analytics where she spent 10+ years immersed in the data and analytics side of popular products. Before Salesforce, she was head of product at Topsy Labs, the social search and analytics company, where one of the most notable things they did was, pinpointing the catalyst tweets that initiated the Arab Spring in Egypt. (This company was acquired by Apple and is now part of Apple Search technology). Prior to that she worked at Microsoft where she worked on several products including Bing, which she had a hand in shaping with the Powerset team. She earned her bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Maharaja Sayajirao University in India, and her master's in computer science at Arizona State University. Amruta lives in San Francisco with her husband and two daughters.
Shannon Spanhake is the Founder of Cleo. Shannon leads the company in its mission to support all families as they navigate parenthood and career. Prior to founding Cleo, Shannon led the early marketing efforts at Planet Labs and had a stint as a Deputy for the Mayor of San Francisco.
Scott Witucki is the Vice President of Sales at Cleo and is responsible for leading the company's sales and go-to-market strategies. He has more than 20 years of sales experience, most recently holding sales leadership positions at New Relic and Mixpanel. Witucki has built and led teams in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. As a father of two young boys, he realized the challenges of being successful at home and at work were a common theme among working parents. Cleo was a solution that resonated with him and his family immediately.
Samik Bhowal is the Vice President of Engineering at Cleo and is responsible for leading the company’s technology initiatives and product delivery. Prior to joining Cleo, Samik held engineering leadership positions at Snapchat and Amazon, where he led cross-functional teams in San Francisco and Seattle. Before joining Amazon, he spent a decade developing video games and still loves to geek out about gamification and experience design. Samik holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and a Masters in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. Samik cares deeply about diversity in schools and workplaces. He led several initiatives to improve the diversity at Amazon and Haas. Cleo’s mission resonated with him instantly and he hopes to positively influence the gender diversity of all workplaces that adopt Cleo.
Natasha Prasad is the Vice President of Customer Operations at Cleo, leading the strategy and operations of the global teams of care practitioners and career coaches that directly support Cleo’s families and managers, as well as the customer success team supporting Cleo's employer partners. Prior to Cleo, Natasha served as Country Manager for ClassPass in Australia, where she built and oversaw regional operations, including the sales, success, and marketing teams. Previously, she was the founder and CEO of a fitness technology startup that was acquired by ClassPass, and held product management roles at enterprise and consumer technology companies, most recently Atlassian in Sydney. Natasha spent her early career as an investor in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs in London and New York. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Cambridge University and Delhi University. Mom to an energetic toddler, Natasha loves staying active and exploring San Francisco and the great outdoors with her family.
David Swenton is the Director of Business Operations at Cleo, leading the company’s internal operations functions. Prior to Cleo, David worked in financial and operational management roles across a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, telecom, and financial services. He also served in Burkina Faso as a Peace Corps volunteer, working in the Small Enterprise Development sector with a women’s agricultural goods cooperative.
Theresa Champagne joins as Head of Marketing. In this role, she oversees all marketing functions such as brand, PR, communications, family marketing, business-to-business marketing, pipeline development, sales acceleration and support, as well as customer marketing. Theresa draws from 15 years experience in technology marketing with nearly a decade focused on digital health. Theresa most recently served as Director of B2B Marketing at Livongo, a consumer digital health company empowering people with chronic conditions, where she owned the commercial marketing strategy and, prior to this focus area, she ran PR and communications at Livongo. Theresa lives in San Francisco CA and has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis. Theresa is passionate about social justice and women's rights. When not at Cleo, she can be found serving as a Council Woman of Disorient, one of Burning Man’s oldest camps, and guest lecturing at Presidio Graduate School.
