How does it work?

Cleo members can now request help with tasks right from the home screen in their Cleo app. From there, our Care Activity Team works in tandem with our Guide and Specialist teams, providing hands-on support from start to finish:

1. Research & Verify

We gather each member’s unique needs, then research and vet care or service options based on quality, cost, and availability.

2. Interview & Schedule

We help coordinate interviews or tours, offer questions to ask, and can even facilitate virtual meetings.

3. Decide & Secure

Our team supports decision-making, shares relevant financial and insurance info, and helps members complete next steps—like enrolling in services or booking appointments. Throughout the process, Cleo Guides and Specialists offer personalized coaching and support to help members feel confident and cared for.
