Meet Hetal Shah, Cleo’s Senior Vice President of Operations

We welcome operations leader Hetal Shah, no stranger to the tools, personalization, and design necessary to deliver a complex service at scale.

The needs of working families have more urgency and attention than ever, but they are not new to us at Cleo. For over six years, we’ve been hard at work serving some of the best companies in the U.S., and now the world, in supporting their working families. As we near the close of 2021, we couldn’t be more excited to see our member base more than double again, with enrollment ever-increasing.

As Cleo continues a path of accelerated growth, we’re so honored to introduce our new Senior Vice President of Operations, Hetal Shah, who is no stranger to the tools, personalization, and design necessary to deliver a complex service at scale. He joins us to ensure Cleo meets the evolving needs of our global families with a key focus on immediacy, access, and member satisfaction.

“Cleo has an opportunity to fill an important role for families and have a significant impact on improving their overall wellbeing. I’m eager to leverage product and technology to simplify the customer experience and drive the efficiencies necessary to expand Cleo’s offering at even greater scale.”

As the challenges impacting working families persist, employers are looking for solutions that provide meaningful support. “Cleo is filling an important void in the family healthcare experience by helping members navigate their options and providing specialized support that is otherwise absent or difficult to access,” adds Hetal.

As a working father Hetal understands the need and opportunity at hand. “When family life events happen, people look for guidance from others who have gone through similar experiences,” says Hetal. “Cleo would have been a critical resource to my wife and me as we worked through some very stressful times after the birth of our first beautiful daughter. I’m thrilled to be a part of creating more workplaces where everyone can thrive and succeed.”
