Cleo is thrilled to announce our brand-new partnership with TOOTRiS, the only platform purpose-built to support employer-sponsored child care benefits.

We know that child care is a top struggle for working parents, whether it’s finding a regular child care provider, backup care, or other support. The recent U.S. Surgeon General advisory, Parents Under Pressure, highlights how chronic stress from rising child care costs and lack of access is significantly impacting working parents, directly impacting their productivity and absenteeism from work.

A U.S. Chamber of Commerce study found that 58% of working parents have had to leave work due to inadequate child care options, and 32% of women reported caregiving responsibilities as a barrier to returning to work, keeping them out of the workforce entirely.

Cleo selected TOOTRiS as a partner after extensive research and conversations with our current customers about their existing child care and backup care benefits.
